Yes, if they are truly affordable and are served by sufficient nearby mass transit and public services. But beware of the congestion, school overcrowding and environmental problems caused by indiscriminate overdevelopment.

Thx for commenting! I've observed it's often difficult to nail down specific definitions of things like /truly/ affordable or /sufficient nearby/ mass transit.

To get a better idea of your perspective, would you support something like a blanket replacement of RH1 zoning with something slightly more permissive like RH4? Or does that feel like a bridge too far to you already?
